Description:

If that switch is present, html content defined by --HtmlStationery and --HtmlContent will be translated to text and placed in a text/plain part of the message.

If that switch is absent and there is not --Content switch, but --HtmlStationery is present, no text/plain part will be created and the message will have only html text-content part.
